Conversion optimization · Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware
CRO that works on the buyer’s brain, not the color scheme.
We do not optimize buttons, we optimize decisions: 14 behavioral frameworks, research on real sessions, and implementation in design and code by our own team. Measured in euros.

The problem with "normal" CRO
Most conversion work is cosmetics with a statistics badge: testing button colors, sprinkling trust seals, copying best practices from blogs. The result is tenths of a percent, if it is measurable at all.
But purchase decisions do not happen in the color scheme. They happen pre-consciously, in milliseconds, along patterns behavioral economics has documented for decades: losses weigh twice as heavily as gains, the first price anchors everything after it, too many options postpone the decision, and residual risk blocks it entirely.
Play that mechanism deliberately, in the right place and the right dose, with measurement behind it, and you move percentage points instead of tenths. That is our CRO.
The 14 frameworks every page runs against
Every page we build or rebuild is checked against a fixed catalogue: loss aversion, anchoring, social proof, zero-risk bias, the paradox of choice, the peak-end rule, processing fluency, commitment and consistency, the endowment effect, similarity bias, reciprocity, the Von Restorff effect, Hick’s law and genuine scarcity. Each one with a concrete application, not a textbook quote.
On top of that runs our internal trigger checklist, prioritized by funnel stage and industry. The short public version is our CRO checklist.
How a CRO engagement runs
- 01 Research: session recordings, funnel analysis, surveys, support mining. Output: the leak list, every drop-off with cause and a euro figure.
- 02 Hypotheses: every finding becomes "if we change X, Y goes up, because Z". Output: a roadmap prioritized by traffic times problem size times effort.
- 03 Implementation: design and development in-house. Pre-sell pages, PDP, checkout, flows. Output: changes live in days, not sprints.
- 04 Measurement: A/B tests where traffic allows, clean baselines where it does not. Output: a number per change. Winners become the new standard.
The difference is step three: we implement ourselves. No ticket queue at your theme agency. And because we also own ads, email and the offer, we optimize the chain instead of a single link.
What CRO with us is not
Not a redesign. A redesign changes a hundred variables at once and makes learning impossible.
Not best-practice box-ticking. "Add trust badges" is not a hypothesis. Every change has a framework, a rationale and a falsifiable expectation.
Not a tool sale. We do not hand you a testing licence. We work in your shop, with your numbers, and ship changes that go live.
Not statistics theatre. Where traffic does not allow significance, we say so instead of selling noise as a result.
Frequently asked
What makes your CRO different from a typical agency?
Three things: we work psychologically instead of cosmetically (every change has a framework and a hypothesis), we implement ourselves (design and code in-house, no ticket loops), and we measure in euros instead of score points. On top of that, CRO reaches into offer, ads and email, because conversion depends on all four revenue levers.
What shop size does this make sense for?
From roughly 8,000 sessions a month there is a measurable baseline. Structured A/B testing starts around 50,000 sessions. Below that we work with baseline comparisons and qualitative research. The psychology works at any size.
How fast do we see results?
Mechanical fixes work immediately, psychological rebuilds show up within two to four weeks. The leak list in euros is on the table after one week, as part of our free audit, before any contract.
Do you A/B test everything?
No, only where traffic supports clean tests. Otherwise small shops spend months in statistics theatre. Where tests do not carry, we use before-and-after baselines, controlled periods and qualitative signals.
What does conversion optimization cost with you?
CRO is part of the whole system and starts with a free audit: within a week you get your baseline, break-even ROAS and the three biggest leaks in euros. Then you decide, with numbers instead of a gut feeling.

Phase C starts
Seven days later you have your baseline, break-even ROAS and the three biggest leaks in euros. Then you decide.
